My passport has a pretty colorful collection of stamps, and my kitchen reflects this. I grew up in Côte d’Ivoire, studied in the UK, learned Southern cookin’ from my grandmother in Georgia, worked in a health clinic in Senegal, and then lived six years in Lyon, the gastronomical capital of France.
We eat a flexitarian diet and have a weakness for cookies at about 10pm.
