Summer pasta salad with fish

This pasta salad can be served hot or chilled. (8 months pregnant and living in a desert – I want mine chilled!) The cabbage adds a nice crunch.

2-3 cups pasta, cooked
2-3 tsp olive oil
1 lotte filet, grilled, OR1 can sardines, packed in oil (drained)
2 zucchini, sliced into quarters and cooked until just softened
¼ cup fresh cabbage, chopped
1-2 ripe tomatoes
1 small onion, chopped
sm handful cilantro (persil chinois), chopped
sm handfu mint, chopped
2-3 tsp lime juice
salt

Toss the pasta with olive oil in a bowl. Flake the fish into small pieces, then add to pasta along with remaining ingredients. Taste and season with lime, salt or more herbs. Serve hot right away, or let chill for two hours before serving.
